We believe true leadership is not defined just by what you do, but by who you are becoming.
Through a coaching-based approach grounded in reflection, inquiry, and practical integration, we help leaders identify the level at which their real challenges exist—bridging inner awareness with outer impact. The result is leadership that is grounded, conscious, and capable of creating change that lasts.
After 15 years in leadership roles and five years of coaching leaders across global organizations such as UNICEF, The New York Times, Madison Square Garden, Pinterest, and Etsy, a clear pattern emerged: leadership challenges rarely persist due to a lack of skills, strategies, or knowledge.
Instead, they endure when issues are addressed at the wrong level—when behavioral fixes are applied to belief or identity-level challenges, or when generic models overlook a leader’s unique style and context.
Our work aims to move beyond adding more layers of capability, towards developing self-awareness and empowerment. By helping leaders identify where their real pain points exist, transformation becomes aligned, authentic, and lasting. This philosophy forms the foundation of our leadership program: Mastering Leadership: Embarking on a transformational journey to lead yourself, inspire others and impact the world.
